Executive Director, Transaction Banking US Client Lifecycle Management

Role Purpose

The Head of Business Management & Execution (BEX) leads execution and business management for Global Transaction Banking (GTB) USA, ensuring the successful delivery of Trade & Working Capital, Cash Management & Liquidity, and Distribution Solutions. As a front-office execution leader, the role bridges Sales, Product and Infrastructure teams to deliver efficient implementation, strong governance, operational excellence and an outstanding client experience across the full client lifecycle.

About BEX

Business Management & Execution (BEX) is a front-office business execution function that enables the successful delivery of Global Transaction Banking solutions. The team partners closely with Sales and Product teams, and Infrastructure teams to coordinate the end-to-end execution of GTB transactions and client implementations. BEX ensures seamless collaboration across internal stakeholders, allowing commercial opportunities to be converted into successful client outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of execution, governance, operational excellence, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the GTB USA Business Management & Execution function and develop execution strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Trade & Working Capital, Cash Management & Liquidity, and Distribution Solutions.

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Finance.

• Oversee onboarding, documentation, KYC, implementation, servicing, amendments, renewals and transaction execution.

• Drive governance, regulatory compliance, operational risk management and audit readiness.

• Lead process improvement, digitization, automation and operational excellence initiatives.

• Develop KPIs, management reporting and business analytics to support performance and strategic decisions.

• Build and lead a high-performing team while fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

• Act as senior escalation point for complex execution matters and support strategic client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Extensive leadership experience in Global Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking or Transaction Banking.

• Strong expertise in Trade Finance, Working Capital, Cash Management and Distribution Solutions.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional execution teams in an international banking environment.

• Strong knowledge of governance, regulatory, risk and compliance frameworks.

• Demonstrated success driving transformation, process improvement and operational excellence.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.

• English required; Spanish preferred.

With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $200,000 to $225,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
