About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, highly seasoned Commercial Manager with 15 years of industry experience to lead and scale a high-performing team of approximately 12 Financial Advisors. In this role, you will convert commercial strategy into actionable business growth, drive sustainable Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, and cultivate an executive culture centered on advisory excellence, trust, and regulatory compliance (SEC).

As a fully bilingual leader (English/Spanish), you will leverage your communication skills to drive cross-market growth strategies, manage key stakeholder relationships, and mentor advisors across diverse client segments. While travel is required, your primary focus will be active pipeline tracking, strategic deal support, and day-to-day operational coaching to help advisors maximize their commercial potential.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Team Leadership

• Lead, direct, and coach a team of approximately 12 Financial Advisors, establishing clear vision, commercial goals, and performance metrics aligned with organizational growth.
• Implement structured coaching and performance management frameworks to maximize individual advisor productivity, pipeline conversion, and professional development.
• Identify high-potential talent within the team and build clear succession, recruitment, and retention plans.

Business Growth & Revenue Expansion

• Define and track targets for revenue, production, AUM growth, and net new client acquisition.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to analyze key performance metrics, identify market opportunities, and mitigate pipeline risks.
• Partner directly with Financial Advisors in the field to construct client acquisition strategies, deepen long-term client relationships, and drive cross-penetration of investment products.

Compliance, Quality & Executive Operations

• Ensure strict adherence to SEC regulations, industry standards, and internal compliance/ethical policies across all commercial activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Investment Management, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing teams to optimize operational workflows and client delivery.
• Deliver executive-level reporting, market trend analyses, and strategic commercial action plans to senior leadership.
• Stay current on financial markets, investment solutions, industry trends, and regulatory updates to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 15 years of proven experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment advisory, with a strong track record of commercial leadership, pipeline management, and driving AUM growth.
• Licensing: Active Series 65 (S65) or its equivalent
• Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (professional executive-level fluency in both spoken and written communication is required).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced industry certifications (CFP, CFA, CIMA) or a Master’s degree are highly desirable.
• Travel requirements: Minimal travel required.
