BBSI is hiring on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing leader in the automotive service and retail industry. We’re looking for an experienced, bilingual Human Resources Manager to join their corporate team in Anaheim, CA and play a pivotal role in supporting over 300 locations across California.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR leader for 300 locations, partnering with VPs and District Managers
- Oversee employee relations, compliance, and training initiatives across a multi-site environment
- Drive HR projects and process improvements from the corporate office
- Attend management meetings to align HR strategy with operational goals
- Implement and reinforce best practices for employee engagement, onboarding, and retention
- Act as a cultural champion while maintaining legal compliance across all employment practices
Qualifications:
- 5 years of HR experience, with proven success in multi-location environments
- Background in automotive, retail, or service-based industries is a strong plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience working with HRIS systems — BambooHR preferred
- Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
