We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site position located in Albany, OR. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks including scheduling, maintaining records, managing correspondence, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating meetings, organizing files, interacting with clients and team members, and assisting with data entry and reporting tasks.
