Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist – Meat ProcessingLocation: Commerce, CaDepartment: Quality Assurance / Food SafetyReports To: QA Manager or Plant ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimeShifts Available:1st Shift: 5a.m - 1p.m.2nd shift: 1p.m.-9 p.m.Position Summary:The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist ensures that all meat products meet company standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of food safety and quality programs, including HACCP, GMPs, and USDA/FDA requirements.
