Pay: $21.50 - $24.75 per hour, depending on experience

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Brush & Roll Painter to join our team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have 6–12 months of painting experience and be comfortable applying paint with brushes and rollers while maintaining a clean, professional finish.

Responsibilities:

• Apply paint and coatings using brushes and rollers.
• Perform precise cut-in work with clean, straight lines.
• Assist with basic color matching and touch-ups.
• Prepare and protect work areas using masking materials.
• Safely use painting tools, including brushes, rollers, extension poles, and basic masking equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 6–12 months of professional painting experience preferred.
• Proficient with brush and roller application techniques.
• Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal overspray or material waste.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
