DOT Driver

Job Summary: BBSI is seeking an entry-level DOT Driver to work in the Inventory Department. Must have a valid driver's license and either have a DOT Medical card or be able to pass physical to obtain a DOT Medical card. Main job duties will be driving product and inventory between the manufacturing facility and Inventory building. Will need to be motivated and energetic, good verbal and written communication with solid problem solving, have good time management and attention to detail. On-the-job training will be provided. Must be ok with working in all weather conditions.

Job Location: West Jordan

Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities: Applicants could be required to do any of the following:

• Shuttling products and inventory from the main facility to the inventory department.
• Driving shipments within the Salt Lake area
• Manually unload and load products and supplies. Must operate dolly, pallet jack, and or forklift to load and unload supplies and equipment
• Prepare inventory and inspect for damages and defects
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is shipping, logistics, or other related field
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
• Medical DOT card or ability to obtain one
• Ability to walk and be on feet throughout the shift
• Bend, stoop, crawl, climb ladders, walk for extended periods
• Detail-oriented, organized and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Lifting at least 70lbs
