Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage, and other property losses.
- Perform restoration and mitigation activities such as water extraction, fire damage cleanup, demolition, and setup of specialty drying and cleaning equipment.
- Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles, ensuring all tools, equipment, and supplies are prepared for each project.
- Identify and communicate safety hazards, job-site conditions, and equipment needs to supervisors.
- Maintain professional, clear communication with clients, addressing concerns and explaining the restoration process.
- Carry out restoration and cleanup tasks including water extraction, structural drying, debris removal, and site cleanup.
Position Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred.
- IICRC certification (such as WRT or FSRT) is a plus.
Skills, Physical Demands & Competencies
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.).
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry equipment or materials.
- Comfort working with and around cleaning agents and restoration chemicals.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
