Position Overview
Deburr machined parts using hand tools to meet customer requirements. Training provided; no prior experience required. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and 6S practices.
- Notify leadership of defective or malfunctioning parts.
- Maintain customer and quality standards.
- Perform repetitive tasks and meet production schedules.
- Keep the workspace clean and safe.
- Complete assignments on time and support other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic knowledge of safety, hand tools, inspection processes, and materials (metals, plastics).
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment such as files, scrapers, grinders, sanders, tumblers, and drill presses.
- Flexibility to work overtime, day or swing shifts, and other areas as required.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 35 lbs and stand/sit for up to 8 hours.
- Work in a dusty environment with masks.
Shifts
- First Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
- Second Shift: 1:20 PM – 9:50 PM (Mon-Fri)
Additional Requirements
- Use PPE and prioritize safety at all times.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
