Deburr Operator

Position Overview
Deburr machined parts using hand tools to meet customer requirements. Training provided; no prior experience required. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and 6S practices.
• Notify leadership of defective or malfunctioning parts.
• Maintain customer and quality standards.
• Perform repetitive tasks and meet production schedules.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe.
• Complete assignments on time and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of safety, hand tools, inspection processes, and materials (metals, plastics).
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment such as files, scrapers, grinders, sanders, tumblers, and drill presses.
• Flexibility to work overtime, day or swing shifts, and other areas as required.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 35 lbs and stand/sit for up to 8 hours.
• Work in a dusty environment with masks.

Shifts

• First Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
• Second Shift: 1:20 PM – 9:50 PM (Mon-Fri)

Additional Requirements

• Use PPE and prioritize safety at all times.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
