We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Procurement Data Analyst Intern to support our procurement activities. This internship is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and offers hands‑on experience working with real project data, supplier interactions, and inventory activities. In addition to procurement responsibilities, interns will have the opportunity to learn about and collaborate with all other departments within a custom automation company, gaining broad exposure to how engineering, operations, project management, and manufacturing work together.
Key responsibilities include pulling drawings from completed BBS projects located within the United States from the company database, quoting parts with BBS‑approved suppliers, and assisting with inventorying materials in the Atlanta location. The intern will also be responsible for preparing and organizing supplier documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role provides valuable, real‑world experience in procurement processes, cross‑functional teamwork, and data management within a professional custom automation environment.
