This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Pelham, AL. The Receptionist will greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, and serve as a first point of contact for customers and partners. Daily responsibilities include managing the front desk, handling incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments or meetings, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area. The role also involves performing basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely communication and support. The Receptionist will represent BBP in a professional, courteous manner and help create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
