We are looking for a someone who enjoys working on a team in a fast paced, customer focused environment. Fast and accurate data entry, great e-mail and verbal communication, and organizational skills are a must for any successful team member. While being proactive and efficient, the Receptionist is a team player with excellent communication skills. The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet all office guests with a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
- Perform general office duties, such as: collecting & sending mail, receiving in packages, and assist in the upkeep of the office.
- Answer the main phone line for incoming calls with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests related to order status, while addressing concerns and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Accurately enter customer and vendor details and related information into the company’s system.
- Successfully set up and maintain customer’s portals.
Qualifications:
- Proficient typing skills
- Computer skills and a knowledge of relevant software packages.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Associate Degree required, Bachelors Degree is a plus.
