Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30

What You'll Do
- Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior support plans
- Oversee RBTs and ensure quality programming and consistency
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs’ clinical skills development
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide family training to promote skill generalization and maximize treatment success
- Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists) to create a unified care approach
- Ensure all remote sessions adhere to professional and ethical standards, following BACB guidelines, telehealth best practices, and applicable insurance requirements to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Reliable access to technology (laptop, internet) for communication and data management
- Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel to client homes and centers
