The Role:
We are looking for a driven Talent Partner to own the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for our highly specialized engineering roles. In this position, you will partner directly with senior leadership to define hiring strategies, build robust pipelines of passive technical talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will be the face of BBI in the talent market, pitching our technical vision to top-tier professionals in a highly competitive landscape.
Who You Will Be Hiring:
You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and closing senior-level technical professionals, including:
- Data Architects & Data Engineers
- AI/ML Engineers
- Cloud Migration Specialists
- Analytics Professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and specialized tech communities.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process from initial outreach and technical screening to offer negotiation and closing.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, refine job descriptions, and calibrate candidate profiles.
- Employer Branding: Champion the BBI culture and our 10-year track record of technical excellence to effectively market our open roles to top talent.
- Process Optimization: Continuously track recruitment metrics and optimize the hiring funnel for speed, quality, and candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within an agency, tech consultancy, or specialized internal recruitment team.
- Deep understanding of the data engineering, AI, and cloud technology landscape.
- A track record of successfully closing senior-level, hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with highly technical candidates and senior leadership.
- A proactive, self-starter mentality capable of building talent pipelines from the ground up.
