POSITION: High School Intervention Specialist (Part-Time .500 FTE)
LOCATION: Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School
EFFECTIVE: August 1, 2026
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, Four Hours Per Day
SALARY: Starting salary will depend on the candidate's experience and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Appropriate Ohio Certification/Licensure
- Prior Teaching Experience Preferred
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Effective, active listening skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and keyboarding skills
- Patience and understanding

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Intensive
- CPI Trained
