Job Description: Job Title: Psychometrician Location: Springfield, Missouri Department: Outpatient Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: Join our compassionate and collaborative team as a Psychometrician, where you will play a vital role in helping individuals through comprehensive psychological evaluations. You will administer and score a variety of psychological assessments, contributing significantly to understanding the psychological attributes of clients across the lifespan. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in psychology or a related social services field. • License/certification is not required, but experience and knowledge related to clinical services are desired. Additional Qualifications: • Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record. • Successful completion of a background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check is required. • Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment. • All training requirements, including Relias, at the start of employment and annually thereafter. Physical Requirements: • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
