Job Description: Job Title: Psychometrician Location: Springfield, Missouri Department: Outpatient Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: Join our compassionate and collaborative team as a Psychometrician, where you will play a vital role in helping individuals through comprehensive psychological evaluations. You will administer and score a variety of psychological assessments, contributing significantly to understanding the psychological attributes of clients across the lifespan. This position is perfect for those who excel in accuracy and detail, ensuring all assessments are administered and scored following standardized methods. In this role, you will not only conduct assessments but also assist our psychologists and neuropsychologists in delivering top-notch service. This position offers… • Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost  • Mileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travel • Employee Discounts – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition • Workplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce • Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more Key Responsibilities: • Administer and score psychological assessments to support comprehensive evaluations. • Collaborate with psychologists and neuropsychologists in delivering psychological services. • Maintain accurate and valid testing processes through standardized methods. • Participate in required meetings and performance evaluations to enhance team capacity. • Assist in data collection and program evaluation, ensuring compliance with operational procedures. • Complete all mandatory trainings and contribute to self-evaluation processes. • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in psychology or a related social services field. • License/certification is not required, but experience and knowledge related to clinical services are desired. Additional Qualifications: • Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record. • Successful completion of a background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check is required. • Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment. • All training requirements, including Relias, at the start of employment and annually thereafter. Physical Requirements: • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
