You will play a vital role in providing nursing services to clients in various settings, including residential care facilities and outpatient clinics. This position offers… • Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost  • Mileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travel • Employee Discounts – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition • Workplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce • Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more Key Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments to ensure high-quality care. • Evaluate clients’ physical conditions and determine the need for services. • Complete screenings and record initial medical histories and vital signs. • Monitor client health status and coordinate treatment plans with the care team. • Create action plans based on the individual needs of each client. • Oversee infectious disease control and promote hygiene standards. • Provide health education on disease prevention and risk reduction. • Manage medical emergencies and arrange necessary medical appointments. • Consult with healthcare providers to advocate for client well-being. • Administer medications and monitor compliance while educating clients on their use. • Monitor lab levels and coordinate medication needs with pharmacies and families. • Document all required information in accordance with company policies. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: • Current Registered Nurse license in Missouri is required. • Must be willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services. • BCLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred. Additional Qualifications: • Must complete a successful background check (criminal record, driving, and fingerprint checks). • Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment. • Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record; current auto insurance required. Physical Requirements: • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull. • Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally.
