We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Management Intern to support our existing account team in building stellar client relationships and exceptional work.
Description
Our Project Management Intern will work closely with the PM and creatives team to support the planning, creation, and delivery of marketing initiatives for clients—including print, digital, radio, television, social, and content marketing. This person will be a task master, confidently owning their assigned work and collaborating easily across teams and with senior-level executives within the agency.
What You’ll Be Doing for Us:
- Workfront Management:
- Manage, update, and maintain project timelines in Workfront, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Regularly update project details and statuses in Workfront to reflect the latest developments and team feedback.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist project managers in tracking deliverables, milestones, and dependencies for multiple campaigns.
- Schedule and help facilitate internal meetings, team check-ins, and creative reviews.
- Prepare and distribute status reports and meeting notes to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Proofreading & Quality Control:
- Proofread creative assets, project documents, and client-facing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on final deliverables before release.
- Administrative & Support Tasks:
- Help organize project files, creative assets, and documentation in accordance with agency standards.
- Assist in resource scheduling and workload tracking for creative and production teams.
- Support traffic management and routing of materials for review and approval.
- Agency Collaboration:
- Work closely with account, creative, and production teams to ensure open communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Participate in agency-wide intern projects and learning sessions.
- Other duties as assigned to support the project management team and agency workflow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current enrollment in (or recent graduate of) a Bachelor’s program, ideally in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn project management processes and tools (Workfront experience is a plus, but not required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management platforms a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, in-person environment.
- A proactive, collaborative spirit with a “Do Big Things” attitude.

- Hybrid in office and remote (3 days in, 2 days out)
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-6:00 (may work only a maximum of 40 hours per week)
