- Manage incoming calls, route messages efficiently, and maintain phone logs.
- Coordinate heavy scheduling and meetings across multiple time zones for executives, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Track and log pitches, update Weekly Development Report, create agendas for meetings, build decks for specific projects, support in research of specific projects, talent, etc.
- Handle travel itineraries, process expense reports, order supplies, and coordinate internal meetings.
- Stay on top of executives' tasks and to-do.
- Expected to learn and know the external buyers, clients, and those we do business with.
- Build relationships with external counterparts.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years of general office or administrative experience, ideally within television or studio setting
- Demonstrated profciency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Canva and other deck building software
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities
- Superlative communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for creativity and content creation
