Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on various pump and boiler equipment in the field and at our service facility. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, conducting field service, and ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt and efficient service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting
- Skills in performing Field Service operations
- Strong Customer Service abilities
- Relevant technical certifications and a valid driver's license are a plus
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
