YOUR IMPACT
The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a dynamic contributor to both strategic and operational HR functions, with an emphasis on HR generalist responsibilities (~60%) and talent acquisition (~40%). This role supports the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to data analytics and performance processes helping build a strong, compliant, and engaged workforce. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent organizational skills, and approaches HR work with a mindset of continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate seamless onboarding processes, including extending offers, conducting background checks, facilitating new hire orientations, and overseeing the onboarding module, I-9s, and E-Verify processes
- Provide benefits administration support, ensuring accurate monthly invoice reconciliation, proactive issue resolution, and timely responses to employee benefit inquiries
- Generate and deliver comprehensive monthly KPI and dashboard reporting, providing data-driven analysis and actionable insights to inform business decisions and performance improvement initiatives
- Support a range of HR projects, processes and initiatives in alignment with the HR plan and the organization’s strategic goals
- Prepare and submit a variety of workforce planning reports, including new hires, employee anniversaries, censuses, employment changes, and other reporting needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational programs and workforce initiatives, ensuring compliance through accurate employee documentation, employment verifications, and record management
- Identify AI-driven HR tools and analytics to enhance service delivery and automation
- Provide full-life cycle recruitment support across a variety of programs and levels, including job postings, screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
- Lead the Intern and Extern Program, including outreach, placement, and experience management
- Partner on strategic employer branding initiatives, driving content and engagement across LinkedIn, career pages, and university relations to strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of HR generalist experience, including talent acquisition and benefits administration
- Experience with HRIS, Sourcing platforms and AI tools (preferably ADP Workforce Now & LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Experience creating HR Data Analytics Dashboards & Reporting
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Strong analytical and technology skills, especially in Excel and HR data tools
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a mindset for anticipating and solving challenges
- Cross-functional HR capabilities, with the ability to navigate recruitment and generalist responsibilities simultaneously
- Driven by continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to streamline processes and enhance HR services
