Position Summary
As a Fabricator and Repairs Specialist I, you'll cut, trim, file, bend, and smooth plastic and resin components using real fabrication technique, not guesswork. You'll join a production team where every repair you make ships out to collision repair shops across the country. What you'll do
- Inspect each part and diagnose exactly what repair it needs — a cut, a trim, a file, a bend, or a smoothing pass.
- Set up with the right tools and materials to bring the part back to insurance-quality standard.
- Work plastic and resin components by hand — cutting, trimming, filing, bending, or smoothing — to correct shape, fit, and finish.
- Run every repaired part through quality control before it moves to the next station.
- Follow assembly and safety procedures on every job, every time.
- Bring your ideas to the team on better ways to repair and improve parts.
- Keep your work area safe and hazard-free.
What you'll bring

- You can stand, stay focused, and work with your hands through a full 8-10 hour shift.

Compensation: $18.50-$20.50/hr. depending on experience and shift
Additional Role Details
Physical Demands: Stand or walk up to 8-10 hours; lift and move totes up to 50 pounds; regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head; comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable noise, lighting, and temperature.
