URGENT HIRE – After-School Sports Coach (Flag Football Priority)

Location: Syracuse, NY – Allen Road Elementary
Immediate Opening – Start Next Week
BBA Afterschool Inc. is urgently hiring an After-School Sports Coach to lead our Flag Football program at Allen Road Elementary.
⚡ We need someone who can start as early as next week. This role must be filled immediately.
The Opportunity
- Coach position: Flag Football & Basketball
- Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays
- Time: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
- Session Length: 1.5 hours
- Pay: $26.67/hour ($40 per session)
- No weekends
- No lesson planning required — full curriculum provided

Who This Is a Fit For

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Flag Football sessions for elementary students (Grades K–5)
- Potentially assist with or lead Basketball sessions if able
- Run structured drills and games using provided curriculum
- Supervise 15–20 students in a safe, positive environment
Requirements
- Must be local to Syracuse / Allen Road Elementary
- Strong comfort leading Flag Football
- Reliable and punctual (critical for this role)
- Must pass required background check/fingerprinting
- Able to cover upfront fingerprinting cost
