Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed decisions
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling
- Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure attractive visual merchandising aligned with store standards
- Handle cash drawer management, perform retail math calculations, and process returns or exchanges efficiently
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products, promotions, and inventory levels to support customer inquiries

Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments with strong POS system familiarity

- Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone
