Job Summary
Independent Artist & Philanthropist in search for a new PA (PERSONAL ASSISTANT) or two. The ideal candidate(s) will have some availability Monday-Friday; perhaps some weekend hours but no weekends regularly. He/She/They needs to be professional, able to pass a drug screening, punctual, honest, responsible and mature.
Duties
- Organization of and assistance with schedule and tasks
- Light housework and home improvements
- Light charity work
- Handling phone calls
- Assist with budgeting and bills
- Creative consultation
- Advertise and market artwork portfolio and services
- Videography
- Transportation and food runs (reimbursed)
- Assist with investments (commissions)
- Maybe some babysitting
- Be kind to me and everyone I know
Qualifications
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in creative arts.
- Have own transportation.
- The ability to multitask efficiently in a slow-paced environment.
- Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to lead as well as follow.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Good taste in music and media.
- Any creative skills and/or connections are a plus.
- Sports interest is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
