ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and targeted industry researchBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified new prospects and RFQsConduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements, timelines, and decision-making processesCollaborate closely with estimating, engineering, and production teams to develop accurate, competitive quotesPresent BHI’s manufacturing capabilities and value proposition to buyers, engineers, and decision-makersNegotiate pricing, terms, and close high-value, recurring manufacturing accountsMaintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity and pipeline reportingRepresent BHI professionally in customer meetings, plant tours, and industry engagements QUALIFICATIONS:3–7 years of successful B2B or industrial sales experienceDemonstrated track record of new account acquisitionExperience selling into manufacturing, metal fabrication, machining, or industrial supply environments strongly preferredStrong outbound prospector comfortable with high-volume activityConfident communicator with professional executive presenceProven ability to close deals and negotiate pricingHighly organized with disciplined follow-up and time managementAble to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and purchasing teamsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and accountable for revenue outcomes EDUCATION and/EXPERIENCE:Education (Preferred, Not Required) bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience.
