Bazaarvoice is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team supporting clients in our Mid-Market portfolio. The Bazaarvoice Client Success team is responsible for delivering exceptional support and driving business strategy that will guide our customers towards exceeding their goals working with the BV suite of products. Ultimately our goal is to develop long-lasting relationships with our clients and grow our accounts with them as they grow themselves. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about serving customers, solving complex business challenges, and exceeding expectations through the quality of their work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Discover and influence the internal metrics for success of user-generated content programs for clients in your portfolio
  • Strategically guide clients toward achieving their goals and help them measure results
  • Advise on strategies and tactics to create healthy customer communities
  • Advise clients on additional ways to maximize their ROI using Bazaarvoice products and solutions by incorporating user-generated content into various marketing, merchandising, customer engagement, and product development initiatives
  • Highlight the value of partnership with Bazaarvoice among key client stakeholders
  • Manage client relationship health by identifying, documenting, and working with multiple internal teams to mitigate risk and increase client satisfaction
  • Partner with the Bazaarvoice Sales team in renewing commercial agreements and growing the accounts of clients within your assigned portfolio


Necessary Skills And Experience

  • Previous experience in account management, ideally working with Software as a Service (SaaS), marketing, or eCommerce technologies
  • Instinctive relationship building and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to customer service, and the ability to prioritize your work effectively in a face-paced environment
  • Natural curiosity and the ability to collaboratively build strategies working with both clients and internal team members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (predominantly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)

At Bazaarvoice, we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation. Since we believe the transparency and integrity builds trust, we want to share that we expect the base salary for this position to be in the range listed above and is based on Bazaarvoice's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level. While this is a good faith estimate of the expected base pay range, Bazaarvoice reserves the right to pay outside this range if these assumptions and understandings are modified as we progress through the interview process. Your recruiter can share more about the salary range and total compensation package during the hiring process. Salary : $76,500 - $91,800
