Position Summary
Position: Billing Clerk
Classification : Full Time; Non -Exempt
Reports To: Controller
Work Location: In person; 125 TX-124, Winnie, TX
Essential Duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepares invoices listing items sold and service provided, amounts due and credit terms.
- Issues credit memorandums to indicate returned or incorrectly billed merchandise.
- Prepares credit forms for customers or nance companies.
- Posts transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger and computer les.
- Accesses computer les and compiles reports as requested
- Other Duties Assigned.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
Relevant Work Experience & Other Requirements:
- Porter or valet experience preferred, we encourage you to apply but this is not a requirement.
- Must be 18 years of age
- All applicants must pass pre-employment screening which includes Background Check, Drug Test, and MVR
- Must have clean driving record, and be licensed for a minimum of 3 years to be insurable
- Must be able to work Saturdays and up to 40 hours per week
- Reliably commute to 151 I-45, Huntsville, TX 77340
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to drive, stand, bend, and/ or walk for extended periods of time
- Lift up to 50 pounds
