What You’ll Do
You will lead daily warehouse and logistics operations while building a strong, safety-focused team. This role is responsible for keeping branch operations running smoothly, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting process consistency, and partnering with branch leadership to drive efficiency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team
- Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse flow
- Maintain a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company standards
- Partner with branch leadership and Warehouse & Logistics teams to improve processes
- Support team performance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations environments
- Prior people management experience with a focus on team development
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels
- Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency with systems such as WMS, ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office
Experience & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of warehouse or operations experience
- 1–2 years of people leadership experience
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes
Compensation & Benefits:

- The compensation for this position is $60,000 - $68,000 per hour.
