Bayview is seeking Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners join our Critical Care Medicine team on night rotations in Chesapeake, VA. We are seeking high quality PA-Cs and NPs who are able to provide exceptional patient care in the inpatient setting.

- Perform advanced procedures (central lines, arterial lines, intubation, chest tubes) depending on scope of practice and credentialing
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions in critically ill patients
- Respond to emergencies and code situations (RRTs, Code Blue) within the hospital
- Write orders, progress notes, and communicate effectively with nursing and consulting teams
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with evidence base-protocols
