Description:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus – 60–70%)- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments.- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.- Post job ads on appropriate job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and quality of hire.Generalist HR Duties (30–40%)- Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation.- Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.- Help manage employee relations and respond to basic HR inquiries.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.- Assist with HR reporting and audit preparation as needed.- Participate in HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 2–4 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.- High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
