Role and Responsibilities
· Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, buildings, equipment, and grounds.
· Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
· Support preventative maintenance programs; identify opportunities and implement solutions.
· Lead small projects from start to completion.
· Identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with standards.
· Maintain accurate service records and work orders using CMMS.
· Collaborate effectively with team members and assist in coordinating daily maintenance activities.
· Demonstrate and promote the company’s core values in daily work and interactions.
· Willingness to work overtime, respond to urgent breakdowns, and support after-hours needs as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High School diploma or equivalent (GED), or relevant work experience.
· 3-5 years of facilities, maintenance or equipment experience.
· Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical and electrical systems independently.
· Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
· Ability to push, pull and lift 50lbs. or more.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
· Complete assigned training in a timely manner.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to read and follow work orders, manuals and safety procedures.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
· Working knowledge of electrical diagnostics and repair.
· Welding and fabrication experience.
· Experience leading small projects or mentoring junior technicians.
Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
