In this role, you will provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions while working as part of a collaborative community hospital team. Our Medical-Surgical team offers the variety that makes community hospital nursing unique. Nurses care for patients across a range of diagnoses, ages, and acuity levels, with exposure to MedSurg, telemetry, intermediate care, and ED overflow. As a MedSurg RN, you’ll build broad clinical experience while caring for diverse patients in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will: Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients. Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. Educate and support patients and families throughout the care experience. Required Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
