The Job
You are responsible for results in your territory.
You Will
- Own and grow on- and off-premise accounts
- Build influential customer relationshipsIdentify distribution gaps and close them
- Sell and execute Baystate’s wine and spirits portfolio
- Use sales data to drive smarter decisions and profit
- Maintain consistent call coverage and execution standards
- Stay ahead of competitors, trends, and new products
- Show up prepared for meetings, ride-withs, and training

What It Takes
- 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Competitive mindset and strong work ethic
- Comfortable being held accountable to goals
- Organized, disciplined, and customer-focused
- Tech-savvy (iPad, smartphone, CRM tools)
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and spend most days in the field
