Position Summar
yThe HR Generalist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, people-centric HR support across Baysora and its operating companies (“OpCos”). This role partners with leaders and employees to execute core HR programs, support employee relations, strengthen compliance practices, and improve HR processes and systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, building scalable processes, and supporting multiple teams and leaders with professionalism, discretion, and great follow-through
