Office Manager

BaySmiles is a growing company in the Bayside, NY and surrounding areas. We are a group of experienced Dental professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our community. We are looking for a highly organized Office Manager to assist with daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of administrative tasks with attention to detail and discretion. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Maintain office filing systems
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Arrange new patient appointments as well as contact patients via phone, email, or other means
  • Update and maintain records of employee hours per week
  • Assist with payroll processing for new hires, insurance verification, benefits enrollment, etc.
  • Assist with scheduling of staff when necessary
  • Maintain positive communication with patients, vendors, suppliers, etc.
  • Billing and accounts receivable
  • Maintain contact lists of patients, vendors, suppliers etc.
  • Answer the phone and return calls in a professional manner
  • Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment.
  • Manage the Doctor and hygiene schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
