Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment, ensuring proper registration, ink consistency, and color accuracy for each job.
- Prepare screens by cleaning, coating, exposing, and reclaiming them according to specifications.
- Monitor printing processes closely to detect and correct issues such as misalignments or ink inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment maintenance and routine inspections to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with design teams to interpret digital artwork files using software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign for accurate reproduction.
- Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards by inspecting colors, registration, and overall print fidelity before packaging.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling inks, chemicals, and machinery to promote a safe working environment.
