Installation Crew Leader Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute Install Process
• Maintain Install Truck/Equipment
• Customer Satisfaction
• Communication with installation manager

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

1. Required: Valid Driver's License

2. Minimum Education Recommended: High School Degree

3. Minimum Experience Required: One year of experience working in landscape or lawn service.

4. Minimum Experience Operating Equipment: One Year

5. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including bending, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting 50 lbs.

6. Ability to communicate effectively

Bayside Sod Inc. is a family-owned company that has been in business for over 30 years. In 2018, the next generation took over ownership and became eager to grow and improve the company. The past 6 years have been dedicated to improving the company and evolving it into a business that is sustainable and a business that creates exciting opportunities. The owners work hard to instill values into the organization and set strategic plans for the future. The company has grown from 8 employees to 37 employees and is now looking to further grow and strengthen the company. The owners truly enjoy creating more opportunities for their employees that will impact their lives while also having a positive impact on the turfgrass industry.

COMPENSATION:

• Base Pay: $22-$24 per hour (Guaranteed 40 hours a week). Time and a half exceeding 40-hour work week. Avg 50 hours per week
