What you’ll do- Install complete plumbing systems for commercial new construction and tenant fit‑out projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and plumbing drawings to plan installs.
- Rough‑in and pipe sanitary, vent, domestic water, storm, and gas systems.
- Set fixtures, equipment, and trim as phases progress.
- Coordinate daily with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to maintain schedule integrity.
- Diagnose and resolve installation challenges while upholding top‑tier workmanship.
- Ensure all work meets applicable codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of labor and materials.
- Keep each job site orderly, clean, and safe.
- Commercial plumbing experience (Journeyman license preferred).
- Background in commercial new construction and/or tenant fit‑outs.
- Strong blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and codes.
- Detail‑oriented problem solver who collaborates well.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
