Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment.
- Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing as needed.
- Maintain public areas by cleaning lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces with attention to detail.
- Follow safety protocols related to industrial cleaning supplies and equipment while performing janitorial tasks.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and waxing.
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
