What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fire Suppression Service Sales Representative position at Bayside Fire?
Bayside Fire is aggressively seeking a seasoned Fire Suppression Service Sales (ITM) Representative at a competitive/generous rate.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and produce accurate estimates.
- Issue proposals in a timely manner and provide post bid status to management monthly.
- Sell/Close inspection/deficiency fire suppression contracts to include review of contract scopes, price, exclusions, etc.
- Maintain a minimum $1,500,000.00/year sales quota.
- Increase market share in the DC/Baltimore Metro region.
- Keep management fully informed in a timely fashion with regard to areas of concern on a project.
- Maintain good relationships with company personnel involved with projects/agreements.
- Submit any required information to clients as directed.
- Be aware of all aspects of the scopes of work so proper assistance to the ITM Manager can be provided.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of previous sales and/or project management experience with the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Previous experience in inspections, testing, and fire suppression system maintenance.
- Call on new clients and expand current customer base.
This role is based in our Owings, MD office. The ability to work on-site is a requirement for this position.
