Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
- Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
