Duties
- Perform comprehensive exterior cleaning of boats, including washing, buffing, and gel coat correction to restore their shine and appearance
- Detail boat interiors meticulously by cleaning upholstery, windows, metal, and other surfaces to ensure a spotless finish
- Operate various cleaning equipment such as buffers, pressure washers, and detailing tools safely and effectively
- Apply wax and other protective coatings as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring a safe work environment
Requirements
- Must have transportation and a valid drivers license
- Great work-ethic and the ability to work in a team setting
- Familiarity with detailing equipment such as buffers, polishers, and detailing supplies
- Strong understanding of safe work practices when handling chemicals, equipment, or performing strenuous tasks
- Prior experience in auto or marine detailing is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards clients and team members
