Job Summary
Bayshore Truck Center is looking for a dependable, experienced Part-Time Maintenance / Handyman to help maintain our dealership facilities. We're looking for someone who is skilled at general repairs, works independently, and takes pride in keeping our properties in great shape.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.
- Handle basic painting, drywall patching, and fixture repairs.
- Assist with minor plumbing repairs and installations.
- Maintain the overall appearance and upkeep of our facilities.
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with management when outside contractors are needed.
- Complete projects independently and respond to maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in general maintenance or handyman work.
- Skilled in using common hand and power tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete repairs independently.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable performing physical work and using ladders safely.
