About Us: At Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We're currently seeking a motivated and skilled Certified Dietary Director to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the operations of the food and nutrition services department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and as directed by the Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) (or comparable certification) in Minnesota.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Must be knowledgeable of food and nutrition services practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations and guidelines governing food and nutrition services functions in nursing care facilities.
• Must be able to read and interpret food and nutrition services cost reports, financial data, etc.
  
  
  

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately read, transcribe, and process physician orders.
