Bayshore Elite Gymnastics is seeking a dedicated and experienced DP Team Coach to join our growing program. This role will primarily support athletes competing in Levels 3 to 6 and play an important role in helping athletes develop confidence, skills, and long-term success.

Responsibilities
- Coach and develop athletes competing in Levels 3 to 5
- Foster a positive, structured, and goal-oriented training environment
- Support athlete progression in skill development, confidence, and competition readiness
- Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and staff
- Contribute to team culture and overall program growth
- Support a safe and encouraging environment that promotes long-term athlete success
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience, specifically with Levels 2/ 3 or higher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Athlete-first mindset with a caring and supportive coaching style
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Passion for helping athletes grow both in and out of the gym
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience
