Job Summary
As a Dental Lab Technician, you will be responsible for quality assurance and control, case consultations, and providing answers to lab partners, customers, and internal staff. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all appliances meet our standards for fit, function, and esthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and understand lab prescriptions
- Evaluate model work, bites, and articulation
- Ensure accurate interpretation of dentist prescriptions and specifications
- Collaborate with other technicians and dental professionals to troubleshoot and refine cases
- Consult with and provide feedback to dentists
- Minor restoration adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and model room
- Adhere to all lab protocols and quality contact standards
Qualifications
- 5 years proven experience as a Dental Lab Technician
- Proficiency with dental lab equipment, materials, and techniques
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a growing, changing environment
- Experience with CAD software
- CDT certification is a plus, but not required
