Duties

- Manage the nursing department’s budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation while maintaining high standards of care.
- Oversee staffing, personnel management, and staff supervision to foster a motivated, skilled, and compliant nursing team.
- Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards across all nursing practices.
- Lead organizational initiatives focused on quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical excellence through data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate care delivery, streamline workflows, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Provide instructional leadership in education by supporting ongoing staff training, professional development, and mentorship programs.
