JOB SUMMARY
The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing landscape maintenance accounts and the Crews who care for these accounts. This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by enforcing the performance of Bayscape Landscaping core values and standards. Suggesting and selling non-contracted landscape management services to meet the needs of the properties we maintain, while gaining additional revenue for our company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effective communication skills to improve client retention, quality service, and make proactive recommendations
- Evaluate and suggest additional services to clients with the goal of increasing the value of the property, while increasing our revenue and ensuring this work is carried out successfully
- Efficiently manage water use by controller programming and checking irrigation systems to ensure conservation practices that reduce costs are in place
- Inspect grounds regularly to ensure quality standards are being met at the highest levels of quality and service
- Contribute daily to branch revenue by generating solution-based quotes of small landscape enhancements and irrigation repairs
- A broad knowledge of general landscaping maintenance including irrigation controller programming, pruning techniques, plants, tools, safety, and equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to earn and ask for referrals and opportunities and format proposals
- Ability to estimate, compose proposals, present, follow-up and close sales
- Problem solving skills
- Basic understanding of Landscape Maintenance practices and equipment
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication experience
- Time management and personal accountability

- Salary ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 plus
- Commissions on Enhancement Work and New Maintenance Contracts

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
