Baypoint Systems is looking for a driven and engaging Brand Ambassador to be the face of branding and marketing as a part of our growing team in San Jose, CA. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be at the forefront of creating positive customer interactions and promoting service awareness in retail stores by using comprehensive product knowledge, excellent communication, and engaging marketing strategies.This position takes place inside retail store locations and involves direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage directly with customers in a retail environment, provide product information and recommendations, and help create a positive customer experience through strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills.
- Brand Representation: Represent our clients in our stores with professionalism and integrity, building the customer’s understanding of our offered services and programs.
- Marketing: Utilize sales and marketing strategies to inform customers of our products and pique their interest in our services.
- Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with our customers to be informed of their needs, offering individualized product recommendations tailored to them.
- Problem Solving: Handle any inquiries or concerns with excellent customer service and professionalism, working with both our customers and your team to create new solutions to niche needs.
- Sales: Use your comprehensive knowledge of our products to match customers with the right products and services, driving sales with creative solutions and a smile.
- Collaboration: Work with your team to keep up with new products, promotions and marketing strategies, ensuring you are always equipped to engage in our stores.
Qualifications:
- Sales or Marketing/Branding Experience (not required, but a plus)
- Associate’s degree or the pursuit of a degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, customer facing environment.
- Engaging and able to think creatively and on their feet.
- Solutions-oriented with a passion for helping others.
